FAQ’s
Can I come alone? Absolutely! That is exactly what this retreat is for – taking time for yourself and reconnecting to you.
I’m worried about coming alone? It is understandable to be apprehensive about coming alone. However, we gather likeminded people through the application process and the retreat will be the perfect setting to meet others with plenty of activities and conversation starters at the ready. Most people come alone so you are all in the same boat!
Can I talk to the other people on the retreat before coming? Yes! Once all the spots are filled (with your permission) we will add you all to a group so that you can chat beforehand and get to know each other.
Can I come with a friend? Yes! We have double rooms and you are welcome to come with a friend and share.
How do I get there? You will have to make your own way to the retreat venue. All the details will be given once you have confirmed your place. Public transport is available, there is plenty of parking to drive, and you could always lift share with someone else as well.
What are the sleeping arrangements? There are single and double rooms available in the venue. Rooms will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis so we recommend securing your spot as soon as possible in order to get what you want. You can choose your preferred room type during the application process.
